DANCE FOR PARKINSON'S DISEASE - Wednesdays 1-2pm. Open to the public for people with Parkinson's Disease. Family members and caregivers welcome. Ongoing monthly sessions. Please call 703/444-6451 for more information.

BELLY DANCING CLASSES - Wednesdays 7:30-9pm Open to the public for adult students 18 and older. Offered in 8 weeks sessions!!

ZUMBA CLASSES - Tuesdays 8-9pm, Fridays at 6-7pm, Saturdays 12-1pm. Open to the public for adult students 18 and older. Offered in 6 weeks sessions, but walk-ins are welcome!!

Private Coaching and Couples Classes - Do you want to learn how to dance with your partner without worrying if others are watching? Consider couples coaching to get you started with the basics. Then graduate to COUPLES CLASSES. Call 703/444-6451 to schedule your lessons.

Getting married? Since your wedding plans are being finalized, now would be a great time to start working on your First Dance! Coaching sessions are available to make your first dance as husband and wife memorable. Call 703/444-6451 to set up your lessons. You may book a one-time session or as many as you need to prepare for your special day.
